Plot
Indrani, the daughter of multimillionaire Seth Ratanlal, falls in love with and wishes to marry simple but honest Dinesh. When he learns of this, dishonest and clever employee Mohanlal, who has his eye on both the firm and Indrani, begins polluting Seth Ratanlal’s mind. When confronted by Seth Ratanlal, Indrani acknowledges her association with Dinesh and that she is pregnant with Dinesh’s kid.

Dinesh is beaten, kidnapped, and imprisoned by men hired by Mohanlal. He then informs Seth Ratanlal that Dinesh has fled to London and that his pledge to marry Indrani was a forgery.To overcome their difficulty and stigma, Seth Ratanlal delegated the management of his office and company to Mohanlal and temporarily left the city with his daughter.
When Jagdish, an honest accountant, sees Mohanlal in the chair of owner Seth Ratan Lal, he realises the truth about his scam. This enrages Mohanlal, and he arranges for Jagdish to be murdered in a truck accident. Rajesh, Jagdish’s son, swears to revenge his father’s death.
When Seth Ratan Lal returns, he discovers that the clever Mohanlal has taken over all of his enterprises. Not only is he powerless to stop it, but Indrani is also forced to marry Mohanlal. Mohanlal’s son Randhir, who is very kind to the poor and completely different from his father’s temperament, gets union leader Bajrangee out from jail. Sunita works as Mohanlal’s private secretary in order to get retribution.
